PLEASE NOTE: We offer posters , flyers and News Releases in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. We have discovered that this industry-standard program sometimes require a bit of adjusting before printing, in order to present a polished, well-balanced product. We can also prepare posters and flyers in PDF format and attach them to an email.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you right-click the desired document title, choose "Save Target As..." from the drop-down menu, and save the document to your desktop (or prefered file location). When the download is complete, go to that file location and double click the title. Your word processor should open up with that document ready for touch-up and printing.
SPECIAL NOTE: Once you have opened each document in MS Word, be sure to click on View and select Print Layout.

REGARDING THE NEWS RELEASE: You can download news release text, then print it on your letterhead stationary and send copies to various local news services. Or, there are two alternatives that may prove more successful in catching the attention of editors.
- Email the text to the newspaper editor so he/she does not have to type the text.
- Direct the editor to this web page so he/she can download the complete text directly.
